Dr. Marius Saines


Marius Saines, MD

Dr. Saines completed his medical degree at Brussels University and postgraduate training in New York City and Los Angeles. Since then, he has been in private practice in Los Angeles for over 25 years. He is the founder of the Marina Del Rey Veins Clinic. He was Chairman of Surgery at Centinela Hospital and holds three patents in medical devices.

Dr. Saines has been designated a “Veins Hero” for his work in advancing minimally invasive treatment of venous diseases. His interest in minimally invasive treatment also led him to being one of the first surgeons in Los Angeles to perform endovascular aneurysm repair. He is a member of the Southern California Vascular Surgical Society (SCVSS) and the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS).
