Please call one of our office locations today to make an appointment with one of our staff physicians. If you have medical records, laboratory results, and/or x-rays related to your vascular disease from another office or hospital, please make sure to bring them to your appointment. Upon arrival to one of our offices, you will be asked by one of our friendly staff to complete a patient registration form.
Your physician will then carefully review your symptoms and medical history. They will determine an initial treatment plan and decide if additional vascular testing is required.
If additional vascular testing is ordered by your doctor, University Vascular has made this easy by bringing the lab to our office. Vascular lab testing is critical to making a correct diagnosis. Our state-of-the art laboratory contains the latest generation high resolution duplex (sight + sound) ultrasound technologies.
Testing is painless and in about an hour and without you leaving our office, your physician will have an important piece to your diagnostic puzzle and allow a tailored treatment plan to be developed on the spot.
Our surgeons are pioneers in office-based, vascular surgical procedures using special minimally invasive catheters. By performing surgery in our suite, we minimize discomfort and facilitate patients returning home and to normal activity as soon as possible. In addition to office-based treatments, our surgeons routinely perform the full complement of vascular operations.
The signature procedure of University Vascular is RESTORE, an innovative approach to treating lower extremity vascular disease. Traditionally, patients with moderate to severe leg vascular disease require bypass procedures to redirect blood flow around blockages. In RESTORE, our University Vascular doctors use pioneering minimally invasive techniques and equipment to open up blockages while minimizing tissue trauma.
By utilizing technique and equipment that minimize tissue trauma, clinical results are obtained and patients can return to their normal routines quicker than open surgeries. In addition, RESTORE is performed in our comfortable office-based operating room, further accelerating the odds that patients return to their normal life as soon as possible. Make an appointment today to see if RESTORE is right for you.
